Once a year, we come together for our annual Boomerang Bonanza, a tradition that brings our team to a different location each time. In the past, we’ve gathered in Miami and Lake Nona (Orlando), and this year, we took over the stunning Los Angeles suburb of Ojai, CA.
Each day kicked off with 5:30 AM wake-ups, followed by team breakfast at 6 AM sharp, setting the tone for a week designed to maximize our in-person time together. From strategy sessions and special project hackathons to department breakouts and brainstorming sprints, we focused on pushing Boomerang forward in every way.
But it wasn’t all work—Boomerang thrives on competition, and we made sure to carve out time for team bonding through sports and games. From intense pickleball matches and scenic hikes to pool, basketball, card games, video games, and dice battles, this team knows how to compete, collaborate, and have fun. As we look ahead to 2025, one thing is clear: we have the right team, and our vision is sharper than ever. Our edge will always be rooted in our technology, our brand, our platform effectiveness, and our ability to execute better than the rest.
To me, company building is the ultimate sport—it’s dynamic, fast-paced, and demands high-level teamwork to win big.
