Closing 2025 with Gratitude. Entering 2026 with Escape Velocity

As we have officially put the bow on 2025, I want to take a moment to say thank you to the Boomerang team, partners, and shareholders for a year of great work.

What this team accomplished this year is nothing short of A+ teamwork, and I want to take it all in before we roll up our sleeves to outdo ourselves in 2026.

To start with a huge milestone: we hit a major 7-digit revenue number that we had for the company since we turned on monetization.

But the numbers that matter most aren’t just financial, they’re human. We returned over 40,000 valuable items back to people in 2026 on Boomerang.

Some of my favorite examples from this year say it all:

Our farthest returns traveled over 9,000 miles—from the U.S. to Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.

One of those was an iPhone that wasn’t even lost with one of our partners originally. It started in an Uber, ended up with a police officer at an airport partner, and ultimately made its way back across the world because Boomerang existed and someone took the time to test their luck on Boomerang.

We reunited people with REAL high-value items:

– A $26,600 Rolex returned by an airport partner.

– A $10,500 Rolex returned by an airport partner.

– Another $10,500 Rolex returned by a theme park partner.

And then there are the items that can’t be priced: a black Marine Corps fleece jacket, belonging to the spouse of a Marine veteran who passed away three years ago. Found and returned by an airport partner. That one in particular says everything about why this work matters.

This is what 2025 was about: scale with care. Growth with integrity. Turning chaos into calm, over and over again.

Looking ahead to 2026, I believe we’re entering a defining year not just for Boomerang, but for the companies we serve as well. Organizations everywhere are being asked to do more with less. Volumes are rising. Resources are tighter. Expectations are higher. And that’s exactly where Boomerang shines.

We are building infrastructure that quietly handles complexity, reduces manual work, and helps teams operate at a higher level without adding headcount. We’re not a “nice-to-have.” We’re becoming essential.

I’m incredibly proud of this team. I’m proud of the craft, the resilience, and the heart this team brings to work every day. Thank you for what you gave in 2025.

2026, let’s get it!
