Navy Pier Joins the Boomerang Network

We’re delighted to announce that Navy Pier in Chicago has officially joined the Boomerang Network. This landmark attraction is a perfect fit for our rapidly growing ecosystem of venues, which leverages Boomerang’s platform to streamline Lost & Found, enhance guest experience, and turn what was once a friction point into a brand-moment of delight.

Located on the shoreline of Lake Michigan in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, Navy Pier spans over 50 acres and stretches into the lake for more than six city blocks. Since its original opening in 1916 as a municipal pier, it has grown into one of the Midwest’s most visited destinations, drawing more than 9 million annual guests through its mix of parks, restaurants, family attractions, retail, exhibitions and lakefront cruises. Among its standout features: the iconic Centennial Wheel offering panoramic views, the Polk Bros Park splash-fountain plaza, and a year-round program of rides, dining, art installations, and waterfront experiences.

Over the past year, Boomerang has experienced significant growth, getting the best entertainment, travel, hospitality, and sports companies to join the Boomerang Network. As reported in media coverage: “Boomerang’s business has grown over 10x. … When you first start a company, the first movers join … and then you reach a tipping point where everyone else joins.” — Skyler Logsdon, Co-Founder & CEO, Boomerang, shares with Refresh Miami.

We are thrilled to partner with Navy Pier. Welcome to the Boomerang Network!
